I am performing, with pianist Ben Fernandez a pre-screening set of some of my favourite Prince tunes; some hits and some hidden gems. It is our loving and heart-felt tribute to the poet, philosopher, revolutionary and provocateur, whose music encapsulates all contemporary genres and blurs the distinctions of black and white, male and female, humility and pride, sacred and profane.
